Open Letter to Management at Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP re. Verizon Wireless
Rodrick Coffey with Stinson Morrison Hecker had my cancelled check and Verizon’s own documentation PROVING that I never owed the alleged debt, but he continued to state in his filings with the Arizona federal court that I owe Verizon $105.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Yes, I watched Liar Liar and I laughed. But this isn’t funny. Dorothea is dead and I don’t feel so good. Regardless, I am determined to do whatever I can to make a difference. Even if only one life is saved it’s worth the effort.
I’m fully aware that I don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of prevailing in court, pro se and without the cash to hire a competent attorney. That’s why I focus on publishing my litigation and sharing my experiences at my websites and through press releases.
Mr. Coffey failed to explain to me why he claims that I owe Verizon $105. Mr. Doerfler, as you are the Chief Financial Officer, I’m hoping that you will explain to me why Mr. Coffey continues to claim in his court filings that I owe Verizon $105.
The documentation is posted at Verizon wireless billing FRAUD and EXTORTION and of course Mr. Coffey has all the hard copies.
From my 1/25/06 responses to the Verizon interrogatories:
“It would really help if somebody at Verizon or its genius lawyers actually read my complaint, initial disclosures and publications. But then again, what can I expect from people who are too dimwitted to perform the simplest calculations:
$84.58 - $90 - $85 + $90 = ????? How much do I owe?”
Mr. Doerfler, how much do I owe?
I’ve come to the conclusion that firms like yours are the source of almost all problems in the so-called civilized world. You have the ethics of mosquitos. You suck the blood out of people. You cause enormous suffering and you couldn’t care less.
You would push that button: Corporate lawyers - obedient or greedy?
Unlike mosquitos, who do what they do to survive, you sell your souls to the highest bidder, to scumbag creditors, CRAs and multinational corporations. You live for the dollar. You don’t care about ANYTHING but revenue and profits.
That’s your legal right. And it’s my right to publicize your deplorable conduct. You make Saddam’s henchmen look good - at least they can claim that their lives were threatened. You don’t have any excuse whatsoever.
You are the definition of evil.
Please advise if my assessment is not accurate.
